Mr. Clément has a special attachment to the town of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, having grown up there since birth. His extensive knowledge of the region’s business community has been a major asset to the firm since his arrival as a notary in 2011. Johan-Frédérick’s practice focuses mainly on real estate law. As part of his duties, he assists customers with the sale of single-family, multi-family and commercial residential properties, at every stage of the process. In addition, Mr. Clément has developed an expertise with major real estate developers, assisting them throughout their projects, from the purchase of vacant land, to financing, to the legal structuring of the project and the implementation of several types of divided co-ownership. Mr. Clément is recognized and appreciated for his availability, speed of execution, professionalism and pragmatic, results-oriented approach. He is considered an excellent popularizer and strives to make the experience at our study as pleasant as possible for our valued customers.
