Mr. Deschamps-Cadieux obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from Université de Montréal in 1996, his law degree from Université de Montréal in 1999 and his master’s degree in taxation from Université de Sherbrooke in 2002. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2002. Before founding Deschamps Cadieux avocat in 2004, he worked as a tax specialist for 3 years with the accounting firm Gallant Dupuis Tremblay Sauvageau senc.

Me Deschamps-Cadieux specializes in tax planning and commercial law. He specializes in business start-ups, shareholder integration and company purchases/sales. He assists his clients in planning corporate structures, including the creation of companies and trusts, and the preparation of shareholder agreements. His extensive business experience enables him to approach any transaction or corporate structure from a tax, legal (asset protection) and operational perspective.
